Composability as Entropy Resistance: Architecture for Cumulative Value
Adjacent phases of the SDLC are where context is born or lost. Products that share a composition protocol turn each adjacent reading into multiplied signal — operational + business, validation + meaning. This paper describes the architecture that makes composition possible without coupling.
The argument
A standalone product solves one phase. A product that composes — through a shared protocol of inputs, outputs, and identity — adds context from adjacent phases without being entangled with them. The result is not addition of value. It is multiplication.
